The SAA Preschool graduation ceremony marked one of the most meaningful mornings of the school year on June 1, 2026, as ten Pre-K students received their diplomas and took their first step toward kindergarten. Research from the
National Institute for Early Education Research shows that children who complete quality preschool programs enter kindergarten better prepared academically and socially than their peers who did not attend.

The Ceremony
Families filled the room as the Pre-K class walked in for the processional to open the morning. Ms. Malinda welcomed everyone, and Ms. Sara led an opening prayer before the students took center stage.
The class performed three songs together: “Jesus Loves Me,” “This Little Light of Mine,” and “3 Little Pigs.” For many of these students, it was their first time performing in front of a large audience. They were ready for it.
Ms. Caitlin followed with a slideshow presentation that walked families through the year before the diploma distribution brought everything to its close. Ms. Malinda, Ms. Caitlin, and Ms. Sara each took part in handing out diplomas, calling every graduate forward individually. Ms. Malinda closed the ceremony in prayer, and the class processed out together.
